Shio/Shoyu dashi Tuke-men
We have prepared 2 kinds of Tuke soup for this Tuke-men ! - One of the Tuke soup is a blended house Shio dare sauce, which is made by two different types of natural sea salt, dried scallop, dried shrimp and etc., and onion flavored oil in our chicken and vegetable clear stock. more about Shio/Shoyu dashi Tuke-men
