The soup of this “ Kamo ramen “ is extracted from the perfect balance of roasted duck thigh & wings, ginger, garlic, onions, konbu, dried fishes, and shiitake-mushrooms.
This special soup has not only the great taste but also effective you to be healther, as the nutrients from Kamo will clean excess fat from our body !

On a separate plate, slices of Kamo breast, which are exquisitely mediam cooked, roasted Tokyo- negi, fresh Tokyo-negi, half Ni-tamago, menma, and nori make this “ Kamo ramen ” perfect !!!
