Unlike the previous Miso ramen, this HALU Miso consists of Aka-miso, Shiro-miso, Haccho-miso, shredded apple, ginger, garlic, Sake, Mirin, Sansho, Ichimi pepper, and more. This Miso has natural rich taste & aroma because it is aged after being slowly cooked.

Then the Miso and our rich pork soup is perfected with our secret ingredient,“Ma-yu”/roasted garlic flavored oil.

This HALU Miso ramen is topped with special appearance of the Kuro-Buta cha-shu, quick boiled Moyashi/bean sprauts, cabbage, Fresh Tokyo negi, Memma/seasoned bamboo shoots, Negi/ green onion, and Nori/seaweed !!!

It comes with our original chewy thick noodles or you can also have a choice of our wheat aroma filled whole wheat thick noodles.
