Shio-dashi Tuke-men | Shoyu-dashi Tuke-men

We have prepared 2 kinds of Tuke soup for this Tuke-men !

- One of the Tuke soup is a blended house Shio dare sauce, which is made by two different types of natural sea salt, dried scallop, dried shrimp and etc., and onion flavored oil in our chicken and vegetable clear stock.

- The other Tuke soup is a blended house Shoyu dare sauce, which is made by three kinds of soy sauce, dried bonito and etc., in our chicken and vegetable clear stock. Please choose between Shio Tuke soup or Shoyu Tuke soup as your first step !

The toppings for this special include Kuro Buta bara cha-shu/Black pork cha-shu, original cha-shu, half Ni-tamago /seasoned egg, green onion, Shiso/Japanese herb, Ito Togarashi/red chili string, and Nori/dried seaweed square !

Noodles for this summer special are thoroughly rinsed by cold water after boiling, and soaked in chilled Dashi/traditional fish broth in a separate bowl !!!
